A Celebrated Life
I’m an independent funeral celebrant based in Andover, Hampshire, with over a decade of experience supporting families through loss. For the past six years I’ve had the privilege of leading funeral ceremonies, following four years as a funeral coordinator.
My path began when I officiated my stepfather’s funeral. The Funeral Director asked if I was a professional celebrant, and in that moment I realised I had found my calling. I later trained with County Celebrants so I could support other families in a way that feels right for them.
Compassion sits at the heart of what I do. I bring empathy, calm and care to each ceremony, tailoring every detail to honour the unique life being remembered. It’s an honour to walk beside families during these sacred moments and help them find peace as they celebrate a life lived.
A home visit and as many phone calls as you need to talk through the funeral details and understand yours and your loved ones wishes
Guidance with music, the Order of Service, choosing poems and writing the eulogy
Preparation of all arrangements for the funeral day
Leading prayers and / or speaking on behalf of the family during the service, if desired
Leading and officiating the committal and supporting any family members who wish to take part
Continued support after the service, including ashes interment at a later date if needed
Journey with the family through this very sad time, offering as much ongoing support as you need, for as long as you need. Some families find a phone call a week after the service, to see how things are going, very comforting

There’s no additional charge for travel within these areas. If your ceremony is further afield, I’m still very happy to support you, we’ll simply talk through any travel costs together, gently and transparently.
